“一带一路”倡议自提出以来，得到了越来越多国家的积极响应与支持。“一带一路”倡议的建设不仅造福中国人民，更造福沿线各国人民。然而由于沿线国家历史传统、语言文字、宗教民族、政治经济的差异，“一带一路”建设不仅需要参与国家在政治、经济、社会、文化等领域的合作，法治合作也至关重要。本报告将围绕“一带一路”建设的重大需求，首先简要介绍“一带一路”倡议的基本情况；其次引出“一带一路”法治合作所面临的问题；然后重点阐述“一带一路”法治合作的内容，主要包括规则体系的建立、争端解决机制的构建、司法执法行政领域的合作以及法律文化交流等；最后展望了“一带一路”法治建设与合作的意义与构想。
The “One Belt and One Road” Initiative has received positive response and support from more and more countries since its introduction. The construction of the “One Belt and One Road” Initiative not only benefits the Chinese people, but also benefits the people of all countries along the route. However, due to the differences in historical traditions, language, religious and nationalities, and political economy along the route, the construction of the “One Belt and One Road” requires not only participation and cooperation in the political, economic, social, cultural and other fields, but also the rule of law cooperation. This report will focus on the significant demand of the “Belt and Road” initiative. Firstly, the “One Belt and One Road” initiative is briefly introduced. Secondly, the problems faced by the legalization construction in the “One Belt and One Road” area is illustrated. Then this report will focus on the content of the “One Belt and One Road” rule of law cooperation, which mainly includes the establishment of the rules system, the construction of the dispute settlement mechanism, the cooperation in the field of judicial and law enforcement and the legal and cultural exchanges. Finally, this report looks forward to the significance and conception of the rule of law cooperation in the “One Belt and One Road” area.
