周方，西安交通大学法学院副教授，知识产权研究中心副主任，2009年毕业于西安交通大学，法学博士。研究专长为知识产权法与文化遗产保护，近年来出版专著、教材9部，发表专业论文40篇。
2012-2013，英国南安普顿大学法学院访问学者。
2014-2015，西安市莲湖区人民检察院副检察长（挂职）。
兼任世界中医药学会联合会理事、商务部企业海外知识产权维权专家、中国科技法学会常务理事、中国知识产权法学会理事、陕西省法学会科技法学研究会副会长等职务。
Ms Zhou Fang is vice dean of the Intellectual Property Research Center and associate Professor of Law School of Xian Jiaotong University, PRC. She received her PhD degree from Xian Jiaotong University in 2009.
PhD. Zhou 's research focuses on Intellectual Property Law (IP) and Legal Protection of Cultural Heritage (CH). She has published 9 monographs and more than 40 articles in these areas. As a Visiting Professor, Fang had devoted herself to research IP and CH in the UK at Law School of University of Southampton from November 2012 to October 2013. In the field of judicial practice, PhD. Zhou acts as judicial appraiser of Intellectual Property and arbitrator from 2003. She also worked as an Deputy Attorney General in Lianhu district people's procuratorate, Xi’an city from 2014 to 2015.

Member of the World Federation of Chinese Medicine; Expert of Enterprise Overseas IP Protection of Commerce Department of the State Council, PRC; Executive member of China Law Association on Science and Technology’s Council; Member of the Chinese Intellectual Property Society; Vice chairman of Law Association on Science and Technology of Shaanxi province.
