张艾思，女，1988年生。2010年毕业于华东政法大学，获得法学学士学位。本科毕业后赴美国伊利诺伊大学厄巴纳—香槟分校（UIUC）继续深造，分别于2011年和2017年获得法学硕士和法学博士学位。博士论文主要从公共选择理论的角度研究在我国建立合宪性审查的可行性问题。博士毕业后于2018年2月以专职科研博士后的身份入职西安交通大学法学院，入职以来继续从事有关我国合宪性审查制度建构的相关研究。
Aisi Zhang was born in 1988. She got her Bachelor of Laws degree from East China University of Political Science and Law in 2010. Then she pursued graduate studies in University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and got her Master of Laws degree and Doctor of the Science of Law degree in 2011 and 2017 respectively. Her doctoral dissertation studies the feasibility of establishing constitutional review system in China from the perspective of public choice theory. After she joined Xi’an Jiaotong University School of Law as a Post-doctor research assistant in February 2018, her research continues to focus on the issue of developing constitutional review in contemporary China.
