Speaker Bio

Sicen Wang is a professor of Pharmaceutical Analysis, Research & Engineering Center for Natural Medicine, School of Pharmacy, Xi'an Jiaotong University, since January 2011. He studied pharmaceutical analysis and received his Ph. D. from Xi'an Jiaotong University in 2006 under the supervision of Prof. Langchong He. Then he joined the Research & Engineering Center for Natural Medicine, School of Pharmacy, Xi'an Jiaotong University a lecturer (2006–2007) and an associate professor (2008–2010). His research interests include the screening the active components from natural medicines and developing new drugs, and pharmaceutical quality control using various analytical techniques. He has published approximately 40 manuscripts, cited over 350 times.

He received the Outstanding Young Scientist Award (2013), the National Invention Award (2012). He is an editor of the Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis from 2016 and Journal of Chinese Biology from 2013.

王嗣岑,博士,现任西安交通大学药学院教授、院长。长期从事药物分析新方法、新材料、新装置;色谱分析新方法;天然活性成分发现与作用机制。至今以第一或通讯作者在Anal Chem, Chem Eng J, Chem Comm, J Chromatogr AAnal Bioanal Chem, J Pharm Biomed Anal等国内外核心期刊发表论文86篇,他引超过1700次;申请国家发明专利28项(已获授权15项);主持国家自然科学基金3项、十二五重大新药创制重大专项课题2项;同时担任天然血管药物筛选与分析国家地方联合工程研究中心副主任,陕西省心血管药物工程研究中心主任,中国药学会药物分析专业委员会副主任委员,中国医药生物技术协会药物分析技术分会副秘书长、常务委员,陕西省药学会常务理事、药物分析专业委员会主任委员,陕西省中药产业技术创新战略联盟副理事长。获国家技术发明二等奖1项,陕西省科学技术奖励一等奖2项,二等奖1项,陕西省青年科技奖等。入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划,陕西省中青年科技创新领军人才、陕西省青年科技标兵、国务院政府特殊津贴专家。


Cell is the basic unit of all living things. According to the structure the cell membrane, The membrane and receptor in it play a key role in entering of medicine into the body, and is of increasing interest as a potential new target for drug discovery. We describe a biomembrane affinity sample pretreatment technique to screen and preconcentrate active components from nature medicine (include Ethnodrugs), which adopts several cell membrane coated particles as affinity ligands benefiting by biomembrane’s ability of maximum simulation of drug-receptor interactions in vivo. The proposed cell membrane affinity sample pretreatment method is a reliable, effective and time-saving method for fast screening and enriching active compounds from natural medicines as leading compounds resources.
