王保民，西安交通大学法学院教授，博导，西安交通大学立法与党内法规研究中心主任，第四届陕西省“优秀中青年法学家”，中国法学会立法学研究会常务理事，陕西省法学会立法学研究会会长、党内法规研究会副会长。2007-2008年美国加州大学伯克利法学院富布赖特项目高级研究学者，2010年比利时布鲁塞尔自由大学访问学者。担任陕西省省委政法委特约研究员、专家咨询员，陕西省人大常委会立法咨询专家，陕西省高级人民法院特邀咨询专家，陕西省法官、检察官遴选（惩戒）委员会非常任委员。公开发表论文50余篇，主持各类科研项目20余项。主要研究领域为法理学、立法学、公法理论。
Wang Baomin is the Law Professor and the Director of Research Center of Legislation and Intra-party Regulations of Xi'an Jiaotong University, "Excellent Young and Middle-aged Jurist" of Shaanxi Province, Standing Director of Legislative Research Society of China Law Society, President of Legislative Research Society and Vice-President of Research Association of Intra-party Regulations of Shaanxi Law Society. Being Senior Research Scholar of Fulbright Project in University of California Berkeley Law School, USA, 2007-2008; Visiting Scholar of Free University of Brussels, Belgium, 2010. He is served as a special researcher and expert consultant of the Political Science and Law of Shaanxi Provincial CPC Committee, a legislative consultant expert of the Standing Committee of Shaanxi Provincial People's Congress, a special consultant expert of Shaanxi Provincial Higher People's Court, and a non-permanent member of the Selection and Punishment Committee of Shaanxi Judges and Prosecutors. More than 50 papers have been published and over 20 scientific research projects have been presided over. The main research fields are jurisprudence, legislation and public law theory.
