彭何利， 西安交通大学法学院副教授、硕士生导师。武汉大学国际法学博士，中国社科院法学研究所与中国应用法学所联合培养博士后，美国哥伦比亚大学访问学者，曾赴韩国、英国进行短期学术交流。研究方向为：中国司法制度与司法改革、国际关系与国际法，主持中国博士后基金、陕西省社科基金、教育部人文社科青年基金等项目，在《法制日报》、《法学》、《法学杂志》等期刊杂志发表学术论文10余篇。
Heli, PENG is an associate professor and tutor of master's degree candidate in Law School of Xi'an Jiaotong University. She got PhD in International Law from Wuhan University. After that, she became post-doctoral fellow of the joint program guided by the Institute of Law, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and China Institute of Applied Law, Supreme People’s Court. She was a visiting scholar in law school of Columbia University, USA and did short-term academic exchange in UK and South Korea. Her research mainly focuses on Chinese judicial system and judicial reform, international relations and international law. She is responsible for several important research projects sponsored from China Post-doctoral Fund, Social Science Fund of Shanxi Province, Ministry of Education Fund of Humanities and Social Sciences for young scholars. In recent year, she has published over 10 academic papers in Chinese influential journals such as Legal Daily, Law Journal, Law Science Magazine, etc.
