一、   医学与健康系列讲座简介

新港报告《医学与健康》系列讲座是通过积极发展新医科，倡导多学科交叉合作，对医学和健康领域学术前沿与热点问题进行探讨，以促进不同领域对医学和健康问题开展合作研究工作。同时兼顾严谨创新、学术性和简明易懂、科普性，让不同学科背景的广大师生，了解更多医学与健康的知识。推动师生与社会各界乃至全球各界的交流沟通，以讲座交流促进科技创新，激发学术创造。

The series of lectures on “Medicine and Health” in Chuangxingang (Inovation Harbor) focus on the academic frontiers and the hot issues in the field of medicine and health. The lectures will help to develop New Medical Discipline, advocate the cross-cooperation among multi-disciplinary scientists, and meliorate the collaboration research on medical and healthy problems by different regions. In addition, the lecturers will give the consideration that the integrity and novelty should combine with the conciseness and popularity Thus students and teachers with diverse backgrounds from various disciplines will obtain more understanding and new insights into cutting-edge medicine and health. This active communication between the teachers as well as the students and the peoples from all walks of life in the country and even the world, will promote the scientific and technological innovation and stimulate academic creation and development.

二、  讲座人简介

1、吕社民，博士，教授/博士生导师。陕西省生物化学与分子生物学学会理事长；国务院政府特殊津贴获得者；三秦人才。获得2017年西安交通大学首届优秀研究生导师及第七届教书育人先进个人等多项荣誉称号。主要研究领域：慢性炎症性疾病的分子发病机理及易感基因鉴定、动物模型的构建和评价。承担国家自然科学基金重点项目1项、面上项目4项。发表SCI论文132篇，其中以通讯作者/第一作者发表的SCI论文74篇。主编教材4部。

Shemin Lu, PhD, Professor/Doctoral supervisor. He is the Chairman of the Shaanxi Society of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology; the Special Allowance Winner of State Council; the Sanqin Talent. He was awarded the outstanding graduate tutor of Xi'an Jiaotong University in 2017 (the 1st batch) and the advanced individual for teaching and educating (the 7th batch). His main research area is molecular pathogenesis and identification of susceptible genes of chronic inflammatory diseases, construction and evaluation of animal models. He has undertaken 1 key project of Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and 4 general projects of NSFC, has published 132 SCI papers, including 74 SCI papers published as the first author/corresponding author, and has written/compiled 4 textbooks as editor-in-chief.

2、孔光耀，博士、教授、博士生导师。2016年入选西安交通大学青年拔尖人才支持计划和陕西省百人计划青年项目。2011取得南开大学博士学位，2011年至2016年于美国威斯康星大学麦迪逊分校McArdle癌症研究实验室从事博士后研究工作。主要从事血液肿瘤的发病机制及靶向治疗的研究工作，取得了一系列科研成绩。近年来，共发表SCI论文30余篇，其中以第一作者或共同第一作者在领域内的权威期刊上发表10余篇，如Journal of Clinical Investigation, Blood, Leukemia, Science Advances等。

Guangyao Kong, Ph.D., Professor of Xi’an Jiaotong University. He received his doctoral degree from Nankai University in 2011. From 2011 to 2016, he did his postdoctoral training in McArdle laboratory in Cancer Research in University of Wisconsin-Madison. His research interest is mainly focused on the pathogenesis and therapy of hematological malignancies. His research will determine the roles of key signaling proteins and transcription factors in normal hematopoiesis and hematopoietic malignancies by creating and analyzing conditional knockout or overexpression of oncogenic or tumor suppressor genes in mice. Over the past few years, his research systematically elucidated the role of RAS proteins in myelodysplastic syndromes/Myeloproliferative neoplasms. His studies have been published in prestigious journals in leukemia/biomedical field, such as Journal of Clinical Investigation, Blood, Leukemia, and Science Advances.

3、张呈生教授，目前担任美国杰克逊实验室基因医学研究所细胞遗传学实验室主任，兼任西安交通大学第一附属医院癌症中心主任及精准医学研究中心临床基因组学实验室主任。长期从事人类疾病的发病机理、转化医学研究及临床分子诊断；学术研究成果发表在 Nature、Nature Genetics、Cell、Lancet、PNAS等学术刊物上；张教授拥有美国医学遗传学和基因组医学 (ABMGG) 及美国生物检验 (ABB) 资格认证委员会颁发的高端临床实验室主任执业证书；张教授也是美国医学遗传学和基因组学科学院 Fellow(FACMG)。

Prof. Zhang is the Director of Cytogenetics Laboratory at the Jackson Laboratory for Genomic Medicine and the Director of the Cancer Center at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University. He also serves as the Director of the Clinical Genomics at the Precision Medicine Center of the hospital. He has been involved in the studies of pathogenesis, translational medicine and the molecular diagnosis of human diseases. His research accomplishments have been published on Nature, Nature Genetics, Cell, Lancet, PNAS and other journals.  Prof. Zhang is a High-complexity Clinical Laboratory Director (HCLD) certified by the American Board of Bioanalysis (ABB) and the American Board of Medical Genetics and Genomics (ABMGG). He is also an elected Fellow of American College of Medical Genetics and Genomics (FACMG).

4、李小妹，教授，博士生导师，陕西省教学名师。西安交通大学护理学系主任。教育部医学硕士专业学位研究生指导委员会委员，教育部高等学校护理教学指导委员会委员，高等医学教育学会护理教育分会副理事长，中国心理学会护理心理学专委会副主委，中华护理学会教育委员会副主委，陕西省和西安市护理学会副理事长。人民卫生出版社护理学教材评审委员会副主委，人民卫生出版社护理学教材本科教材评审委员会主委。研究领域：护理教育、心理护理、社区护理、慢性病管理等。

Professor, Li Xiaomei, PhD. Doctoral advisor, Dean of School of Nursing, Xi’an Jiaotong University, and famous teacher of Shaanxi province. Member of National Medical Graduate Education Guidance Committee. Member of higher nursing education guidance committee of ministry of education. Vice President of nursing education branch of higher medical education association. Deputy chairman of Chinese psychological association nursing psychology committee. Deputy chairman of Chinese nursing education association. Vice President of Shaanxi and Xi’an nursing association. Deputy chairman of the evaluation committee of nursing teaching materials of people's medical publishing house. Chair of the review committee of nursing teaching materials and undergraduate teaching materials of people's medical publishing house.The main research areas include nursing education, psychological care, community nursing, and chronic disease management, etc.

5、杜晓军，任职于澳大利亚Baker 心脏病和糖尿病研究院，担任实验心脏病研究室主任兼小鼠心脏病研究平台主任，澳大利亚卫生部高级研究员。从事心脏疾病发生机制及防治的实验研究。发表学术论文232篇（国际杂志发表197篇），2015年至今发表论文51篇，H-index 50。应邀撰写6个专业书籍章节。被96种国际专业杂志聘为论文评阅人。

Xiao-Jun Du，Prof Du is Senior Research Fellow and Laboratory Head of Baker Heart and Diabetes Institute. He has been conducting heart disease research focusing on pathogenesis and therapeutic testing. His works have led to 6 book chapters and 232 journal publications (51 papers since 2015) with a H-index of 50.

6、曹东元 西安交通大学口腔医院研究员，博士生导师。西安交通大学医学院获得博士学位，先后在美国纽约州立大学石溪分校和马里兰大学牙医学院等学校工作11年，2015年4月全职回国工作。已发表论文70余篇。其中SCI论文40余篇，单篇最高影响因子16.658，参与编写英文专著3部，文章被引用600余次，H因子16。研究成果获得教育部科技进步二等奖（第三名）和陕西省科技进步三等奖（第三名）。在研国家自然科学基金1项，研究方向为应激与疼痛机制。

Dr. Dong-Yuan Cao is a Research Professor at Xi’an Jiaotong University Stomatological Hospital. His research focuses on the epigenetic modulation of stress and pain. Dr. Cao obtained his MS and Ph.D. in Neurophysiological Science from Xi’an Jiaotong University School of Medicine. He completed Post-Doctoral Fellowships in State University of New York at Stony Brook and Palmer College of Chiropractic. From 2010 to 2015, he was a Research Associate at University of Maryland School of Dentistry. Dr. Cao has authored or co-authored over 70 scientific publications in a variety of journals such as Gut, Pain, Journal of Pain. His work has been cited over 600 times and his H-index is 16. He received Second Grade Award of Science & Technology sponsored by Ministry of Education of China (3rd contributor) and his research is funded by National Natural Science Foundation of China. He was an Editorial Board Member of Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine and has served as a reviewer for over 10 SCI source journals.

7、王友发，教授、博士生导师、营养流行病学博士，西安交通大学领军学者、全球健康研究院建院院长，美国鲍尔州立大学特聘冠名主任教授、费雪健康研究院副院长。自2001年历任美国纽约州立大学布法罗分校教授、系主任；美国约翰霍普金斯大学公共卫生学院和医学院助理教授、副教授、全球儿童肥胖研究中心主任；美国营养学会营养流行病分会会长和北美华人营养学会会长, 北美肥胖学会儿童肥胖分会会长, 中华预防医学会全球卫生分会副主任委员等。担任过20多个美国和国际专家组及评审委员会成员，参加了多个美国国立卫生研究院（NIH）科研基金评审委员会、是世界卫生组织和联合国的咨询专家及营养科学国际联盟（IUNS）饮食、营养与长期健康工作组成员。主要研究方向包括营养流行病学、儿童肥胖防控、慢性病防控、全球健康、大数据、系统科学。已发表250多篇学术论文，很多在国际顶级杂志例如JAMA、Lancet、 Circulation等； 多篇单独被引用1000次以上。作为项目负责人获得2300余万美元NIH科研经费；主持了多项重大国际合作项目。

Prof. Youfa Wang, MD, PhD of Nutritional Epidemiology, is University Distinguish Professor of Xi’an Jiaotong University, Founding Dean of the Xi’an Jiaotong University Global Health Institute; the John and Janice Fisher Endowed Chair of Wellness, Associate Director of the Fisher Institute of Health and Well-Being, and Professor of Nutrition and Health Science in Ball State University. Since 2001, he has worked as Professor of Epidemiology, Environmental Health and Pediatrics, Department Chair, and a Program Director in State University of New York at Buffalo; Founding Director of the Global Center on Childhood Obesity Prevention and Control and Associate Professor at Johns Hopkins University. He has served as Chair of the American Society for Nutrition Nutritional Epidemiology Section, President of North American Chinese Society for Nutrition, Chair of The Obesity Society (TOS) Pediatric Obesity Section, and Vice President of Chinese Preventive Medicine Association-Chinese Society on Global Health. He also served in more than 20 the United States and international expert panels and committees, including many National Institute of Health (NIH) grant review committees. He is an expert consultant of the World Health Organization and the United Nations, and a member of the International Union of Nutritional Sciences (IUNS) Working Group on Diet, Nutrition and Long-term Health. His key research interests include nutritional epidemiology, childhood obesity prevention and control, non-communicable chronic diseases prevention and control, global health, big data, systems models, and mHealth. As an internationally-known expert, he has over 250 publications; some are cited>1000 times; many of them were published in top journals such as JAMA, Lancet, Circulation, etc. As the PI, he has secured over $23 million in NIH research grants. He has directed several large international collaboration projects.

8、张磊，西安交通大学公共卫生学院教授，曾任世界卫生组织特聘顾问等职。主要研究方向为艾滋病/性传播疾病流行病学与建模分析，在数学、流行病学、人工智能和成本效益评估方面具有跨学科的研究经验。公开发表139篇专著、技术报告和论文等，其中第一或通讯作者在Lancet GH、Lancet HIV、Lancet ID等知名期刊发表论文85篇，总引用超过2000次。已指导4名博士和14名硕士，现指导3名博士和3名硕士。与中国疾病预防控制中心和世界卫生组织、联合国艾滋病规划署和世界银行等建立强有力的合作，相关项目成果转化为东欧和东南亚有效干预艾滋病的卫生政策。

Prof Zhang is currently a full Professor at the School of Public Health, Xi’an Jiaotong University, China. He is a very experienced modeller and epidemiologist in HIV/STI research. He has cross-disciplinary research experience in mathematics, epidemiology, artificial intelligence and cost-effectiveness evaluation. He has so far published 139 publications (85 papers, 5 book chapters, 9 technical reports), 85 of which are first/senior authored. He regularly publishes in leading journals (Lancet GH, Lancet HIV, Lancet ID, Genetics in Medicine, International Journal of Epidemiology, PNAS; CID; AIDS and JAIDS). He has led or contributed to six international projects with UNAIDS and the World Bank. These findings have been translated into health policies that foster effective HIV interventions in Eastern Europe and Southeast Asia. He has developed and demonstrated his leadership in these projects. His papers have been cited more than 2000 times. He has also given more than 30 oral and poster conference presentations at several national and international conferences. He has supervised four PhD and 14 master students to completion. Currently, he is supervising three PhD and three master students. Throughout his career, he has established strong collaboration with national health institutes (China CDC) and international organisations (WHO, UNAIDS and the World Bank). He also served as a long-time consultant and technical advisor to WHO Western Pacific Region.

9、王嗣岑，博士，现任西安交通大学药学院教授、院长。长期从事药物分析新方法、新材料、新装置；色谱分析新方法；天然活性成分发现与作用机制。至今以第一或通讯作者在Anal Chem, Chem Eng J, Chem Comm, J Chromatogr A，Anal Bioanal Chem, J Pharm Biomed Anal等国内外核心期刊发表论文86篇，他引超过1700次；申请国家发明专利28项（已获授权15项）；主持国家自然科学基金3项、十二五“重大新药创制”重大专项课题2项；同时担任天然血管药物筛选与分析国家地方联合工程研究中心副主任，陕西省心血管药物工程研究中心主任，中国药学会药物分析专业委员会副主任委员，中国医药生物技术协会药物分析技术分会副秘书长、常务委员，陕西省药学会常务理事、药物分析专业委员会主任委员，陕西省中药产业技术创新战略联盟副理事长。获国家技术发明二等奖1项，陕西省科学技术奖励一等奖2项，二等奖1项，陕西省青年科技奖等。入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划，陕西省中青年科技创新领军人才、陕西省青年科技标兵、国务院政府特殊津贴专家。

Sicen Wang is a professor of Pharmaceutical Analysis, Research & Engineering Center for Natural Medicine, School of Pharmacy, Xi'an Jiaotong University, since January 2011. He studied pharmaceutical analysis and received his Ph. D. from Xi'an Jiaotong University in 2006 under the supervision of Prof. Langchong He. Then he joined the Research & Engineering Center for Natural Medicine, School of Pharmacy, Xi'an Jiaotong University a lecturer (2006–2007) and an associate professor (2008–2010). His research interests include the screening the active components from natural medicines and developing new drugs, and pharmaceutical quality control using various analytical techniques. He has published approximately 40 manuscripts, cited over 350 times.

He received the Outstanding Young Scientist Award (2013), the National Invention Award (2012). He is an editor of the Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis from 2016 and Journal of Chinese Biology from 2013.
