Speaker Bio
Dr. Liu Yang is an assistant professor of Information Management & E-commerce, School of Management, Xi’an Jiaotong University. She received her Ph.D. in Information Systems & Analytics from the National University of Singapore. Before joining Xi’an Jiaotong University, she worked as a Research Fellow in the NUS Business School. She studies how emerging digital technologies shape human judgments, decisions, behaviors, and organizational innovations (e.g., VR/AR and AI) in various contexts (e.g., user self-regulation, consumer behavior, employee collaboration and creativity, algorithmic decision making). She has published multiple papers in premier information systems journals (e.g., Journal of Management Information Systems and Journal of the Association for Information Systems) and top conferences (e.g., Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management and the International Conference on Information Systems). She received the Best Paper Award from the International Conference on Information Systems and the Research Achievement Award from the National University of Singapore.
刘洋，西安交通大学管理学院助理教授。她于新加坡国立大学计算机学院取得信息系统与分析方向博士学位并曾在新加坡国立大学商学院任研究员。她的研究主要探索虚拟现实、增强现实、人工智能等新技术对于组织创新和个体认知、决策与行为的影响（如基于移动app的健康自律行为、基于VR的员工协作与创新、基于VR/AR的在线购物、基于AI的管理决策）。她的研究发表于信息系统与管理学顶级期刊Journal of Management Information Systems (FT 50)，Journal of the Association for Information Systems (ABS4)和管理学与信息系统领域顶级会议（AOM, ICIS，HICSS等），并曾获得国际信息系统年会（ICIS）的最佳论文奖以及新加坡国立大学的研究成果奖。
